Food & Drinks

All of our parties come with pizza and drinks!

With a Party Reservation you may bring a cake or cupcakes!

Since your party comes with all the food and drinks, no outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought inside building

Food and drinks allowed :

• Cake

• Special single serve allergy items (with pre-approval)

Food and Drinks NOT Allowed:

• Outside Pizza

• Outside drinks (juice packs, bottle/canned soda, bottle water)

• Ice cream

• Chips

• Coolers

Decorations

Our Party Zone is carefully decorated by your party coordinator before every party!

Depending on which package you choose your host will decorate with our classic birthday theme or GLOW theme!

Decor you may bring:

• Glow Sticks

• Goodie Bags

• Balloons

Decor Not allowed:

• Confetti

• Glitter

• Coolers

• Tablecloths(our parties already have them!)

• Balloon arches(unless you Rent-The-Rink!)

• Anything that tapes to the walls or ceilings  (it will damage our beautiful walls!)

Schedule

When you arrive for your party you will check in with your AWESOME Party Coordinator at our party check in desk.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of your party time. We will not be able to get your checked in until 10 minutes before the start of your party.

​

Ultimate Package:

Once you check in and the kids get wristbands everyone may start their FUN time. If you are late to check in your party will lose FUN time. Once your 2 hours of FUN is over your party Coordinator will call your party to the party zone to celebrate! Party Zone access does not start until your 2 Hours of FUN is over

VIP GlOW & Super Deluxe:

Once you check in at party check in desk you will have access to your 2 hour lounge/tables. Your 2 hours of FUN is during your 2 hour lounge/table rental. Once your 2 hours is up your lounge/table 

rental and wristbands expire. If guest wish to stay longer, discounted regular activity bands can be purchased at ticket counter. 

Cancelation 

All Parties require a

non-refundable deposit.

If something changes and you need to reschedule your party we can move your party to a new available date for no extra charge.
